The living space has a queen sleeper sofa (made in the USA) the dining table accommodates 6 and can extend on both ends to accommodate four more. Our guests consistently say that they are pleasantly surprised by the privacy and wonderful vantage-point setting of this second and third story loft apartment. The quiet, private setting makes this the perfect space for uninterrupted work-from-home or quiet relaxation after a long day on the job. SPACE DETAILS: The Warbird Loft is a two-story unit with a bedroom/full bath upstairs and a bedroom/full bath downstairs. Both bedrooms have queen beds with comfy bedding, a work desk and desk chair and a flat-screen TV with ROKU streaming capability. The downstairs bathroom has a washer & dryer so you can do laundry at home and skip the laundromat. The shared living room and open-concept kitchen areas feature soaring tongue-and-groove vaulted ceilings, custom finishes, wood floors and an oversized TV with a ROKU Ultra smart box. Fast, unlimited wifi is always included and has proven to be capable and reliable for all work-from-home needs. We've had two guests share the space and not feel crowded and we've also had one guest use the downstairs room as an office. It suits either use well. RATES: Anchorage is has a busy summer tourist season. This causes our rates to fluctuate significantly from summer to winter as follows: Winter rate - October 1 through May 31 = $2200/month for stays of 30 days or longer Summer rate - June 1 through September 30 = $4500/month for stays of 30 days or longer ACCESS/SAFETY: Contactless access is convenient and available 24 hours a day via a coded keypad on the front door. No arrival is too late! The entry stairs and covered porch are shared with a long-term tenant unit but are completely open-air. All interior space is completely private. Your hosts are available on site but will not be in your space unless requested or required and will wear a mask at all times. There are two security cameras on the property - a Ring brand motion light security camera that covers the front parking area and a Ring brand doorbell cam that extends the front parking area view across the front of the building to the owner's unit front door.
