It is ideally located in Historic By-Water neighborhood with quiet long-time neighbors but close to a variety of restaurants, bars, music clubs, and theaters. The home is tastefully furnished and has a secluded brick patio with fountain in the rear. Marky Park is immediately behind the house, Crescent Park is down the street, and the home is within a comfortable walk to the French Quarter. Property comes with central A/C, washer & Dryer, dishwasher, and kitchen appliances. The beautifully landscaped and recently constructed Crescent City Park which adjoins the river allows a leisurely walk to the French Quarter and is just a short stroll up Piety Street from the house.
