Rental Rate Options (USD)

The Monthly rent is $5,400, if after the the original lease you need to add days of 6 or less the cost is $220 a day, for 7 or more days it will be prorated from the monthly rate, at the beginning it will be all prorated per the monthly rent. $100 additional monthly pet rent. The cost to charge an electric vehicle for stays of 6 days or less is $15 additional per booked day and $10 additional per day when booking 7 or more days, an additional fee will be added to your stay.
-Washer and dryer available to use but you must bring your own detergent.
-Please note, 3rd bedroom shares a bathroom located inside either Bedroom 1 or Bedroom 2.
