For those looking for the best of the downtown area, renting this luxury 3-bedroom in Houston is the way to get it. If you need a longer-term rental condo (six months or more), this stunning home provides space to relax and unwind while being near the city’s center.

This condo has three floors that are fully furnished and accented with royal blue touches throughout. The second floor is the main living area, and it features a wonderful kitchen, lounge area, and powder room. You also have access to a private balcony to enjoy the fresh air.

The kitchen is fully stocked with modern, stainless steel appliances, everything needed to cook your favorite meal, and a large pantry for storage. The island bar seats three people and is the focal point of the space. Between the kitchen and lounge area is a dining table with seating for six.

The lounge is the condo’s central hub. Be sure to enjoy the complimentary coffee bar with wine and snacks to get the beginning of your visit off to the perfect start.
