Covered entry into foyer with large front office and guest half bathroom. Elegant hall bordered by large windowed doors to courtyard and dining room (seats 12+) with attached reading/wine room. Large kitchen with new double oven and dishwasher, dinette (seats 8), large island (seats 4), open to a living room with large windows looking out to the saltwater pool nestled in a beautifully landscaped yard complete with your own large palm tree (no coconuts to fall on your head).

Stairs to the second story lead past an equipped laundry room to a large game room with office and storage on one wall, windows on the opposite wall, entry to the master suite to the south, and entry to smaller bedrooms and theater room to the north. The master suite ante-room is large enough to serve as a changing room or a nursery, the king bed is Temperpedic and Sleep Number combo, I have selected designer bedding, a convenient front balcony, a large bathroom with jetted garden tub, and a floating glass shower with a separate closed-door toilet room. Smaller bedrooms suite share one bathroom with double vanity and climb two steps to enter a working movie theater room complete with theater seating.

The home is fully furnished with oversized leather chairs and couches, dining room tables, desks, beds, mattresses and drawers, movie theatre seating, and outside seating.

Home is move-in ready complete with pillows and bedding, rugs, bathroom towels, kitchen towels, pans, dishes and flatware, and beach towels - you need or want more, just ask.

The owner lives on the same block and is friendly and helpful, definitely not a jerk :-) The owner’s private chef lives on the same block also and is friendly and helpful, maybe a little bit of a jerk :-)

HOA takes care of most lawn work, and leaf blowing. The sprinkler system handles watering (I help sometimes). Pool service is scheduled weekly and maid service is weekly or bi-weekly - your choice. My trainer does not live on the same block but he’s nice enough to pick up something for you or even add you to his training schedule.

The front office is large enough to set up as a guest bedroom and I have 3 pull-out bed couches (queen, full, and twin) that you can use if needed. Bunk beds are available upon request.

This area has a large park across the street with a sand volleyball court, tennis courts, paved and unpaved trails for running or biking, several restaurants, and movie theaters just borrow some DVDs from me and watch them in your very own movie theater in your home. I prefer Marvel movies, and my partner is into independent and smart films - yuck - but you can borrow anything you’d like.

Downtown Dallas is 20 minutes away and is filled with high-end shopping and pretentious luxury.

Downtown Fort Worth is 20 minutes away and is filled with award-winning museums.

The entire area is full of live theatre and music and wonderful food - though my chef gets pissed when I eat out...
