$2500 per month, $1000 refundable security deposit, $250 one time cleaning fee for cleaning of the unit upon your departure. 15.25% taxes are levied on the rent of $2500 for any length of stay less than 90 days to be in accordance with taxation requirements of both Mecklenburg County and the NC Department of Revenue. Any length of stay in excess of 90 days is NOT required to pay taxes on lodging.

Welcome to THE GROVE, a beautiful midcentury Garden apartment complex full of art deco charm and mature trees in the peaceful, convenient neighborhood of Elizabeth. This is a fully restored, ground level two bedroom, one bathroom unit with hardwood floors, abundant windows with plantation shutters, carpeted bedrooms and a modernized bathroom. There is gated parking as well as abundant nongated parking directly in front of the unit.
The large living room has a leather sectional and two additional chairs as well as a desk for working from home. There is a small balcony off of the living room as well. The open concept kitchen has granite countertops, ceramic tile backsplash and SS appliances.
The first bedroom has a queen size bed with a large dresser and closet. The second bedroom has a full size bed with nightstand and tall boy dresser. There is also a large closet in this bedroom.
This unit comes with a stackable frontloading washer and dryer. All linens, towels and bedding are provided.
Just outside of our back door there is a large community swimming pool, a small gym and an elevated observation deck over the pool with an outdoor fireplace for community use.
