Owner will pay all utilities to include: Water, Electricity, AT&T TV Subscription. Owner also covers the biweekly cleaning fee as well as landscaping and the twice a week dog waste butler service. We do not allow smoking in the house or on the property. Dogs are allowed but unfortunately, due to owner allergy, cats are not allowed.

We purchased our home in 2018 and completely "gutted" and remodeled our home sparing no expense and paying attention to every detail. The house, located on the intercostal waterway in Treasure Island, is a smart home with blinds, lights, and HVAC, amongst other things, controlled through the iPad Mini command center as well as via voice assistance. Located on open water you will love the backyard retreat. With a gas fire pit & outdoor furniture from RH, you may never leave as you watch dolphins and manatee play.

This is water living at its finest. The backyard is newly landscaped with palm trees and tropical foliage.
