Location does matter! A 5-minute drive to the entrance of I-25 will take you downtown Fort Collins, Longmont, Greeley, Berthoud, Denver Int'l Airport. Hop onto CO 119 to Boulder. Estes Park take Hwy. 34.

You will enjoy all the comforts of home. All you need to do is unpack your bags and buy groceries! The kitchen is fully equipped. Every room is bright and cheerful with vaulted ceilings throughout. Tree top patio with mountain views. The weather patterns and geese are a sight to see! The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, and walk in closet. The master bath has a double sink countertop, privacy room and large soaking tub with shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bathroom has the largest walk in shower I have ever seen! The laundry closet in the second bathroom offers a deluxe washer and dryer. All windows have wood blinds and blackout drapes for a good nights sleep.

The complex offers an outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi as well as a workout room.

There is a one car garage (normal length) and a parking space right outside your door.
