The referenced self-contained suite is an upper-level suite with a Garden Level Basement suite just below it, both of which have separate entrance, separate living space. Suite A and B share a central Heating and Cooling system. This is one of 3 suites on a quiet cul-de-sac in a great neighborhood within 15 minutes of downtown Denver. Suite 35A offers an affordable month-to-month housing solution to traveling professionals visiting the Denver Metropolitan Area, Colorado. Also open to vacationers and Locals needing temporary housing. Rental screening required for locals seeking long-term stays beyond 7 days.

(Rents posted here will show a lower rate than those on our website to account for this).

o. Themed Bedrooms with Queen-size beds. Twiga Room is the Front bedroom with beautiful Kenyan Artwork of the Giraffe.  Did you know that Giraffes are the tallest mammal in the world?  They can grow up to 5.5 meters.  Even new-born giraffes are taller than most humans.  Giraffes can also stand half an hour after being born and they even sleep and give birth standing up!  Simba Room is the Back bedroom with beautiful Kenyan Artwork of the famous scene from the lion King on one of the accent pillows and a beautiful painting of the African Lion.  Did you know that lions are the only cats that live in groups?  Cats tend to like to hang out on their own, but not these cats.  Also, the female lions are the main hunters.  While they are out looking for food, the males guard the prides territory and their young.  Each bedroom comes with lots of pillows and mattress padding so that guests can adjust beds to their comfort level for that great sleep.

1. Designated smoke areas where guests can socialize while enjoying a smoke break. Outdoor cigarette receptacles are provided.
2. The suites are equipped with air purifiers to help provide cleaner and fresher indoor air for guests, capturing airborne allergens and particles (dust, pollen, pet dander, smoke, certain viruses and bacteria and even VOCs from cleaning products and building materials).
3. 12 to 12: Check in as early as 12 noon and check out at or before 12 noon.  Previously 4pm to 11am.

This home is not equipped with support bars in the bathroom (toilet or tub). If traveling with guests that need mobility support to include but not limited to access ramps or support bars, we may not be a good fit.
