The living room converts into a second bedroom at night with a high end queen mattress wall bed and shoji screens for privacy. There is also a queen sofa bed in the living room. Sleeps up to 6. The shared laundry room downstairs has a love seat where you can do work or relax, has a toilet and sink, and is next to a lovely small garden with bistro table. A special benefit is the garage with one car parking space with electric charger. It is in a very walkable area so you can leave your car and explore the area. Minutes from Fisherman's Wharf, North Beach (Italian section), Chinatown, and Lombard Street (the crookedest street in the US). The financial district is only a mile down Columbus Street. You can sometimes see fireworks from the Chase Center 3 miles away.

It is east-facing so is filled with the sun all day with spectacular sunrises over Telegraph Hill. You can see cargo ships and sailboats go by from the good sized balcony with table and chairs, or from the comfortable padded chairs along the deck, and from the living room recliners. It sits on a quiet street and has double paned windows so there is very little city noise.

There are hardwood floors throughout and a heated bathroom floor in the master. Both bathrooms come fully equipped with showers, including a rain shower in the master.
