Description

Indoor/Outdoor living reigns at this dream Spanish Style Oasis in Lemon Grove! The property features a main house downstairs, an upstairs apartment with bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen. There are separate doors to enter the home and apartment and the entire space is fully fenced for added privacy and security. A cute pool/jacuzzi area with swinging bench and moss wall which is perfect for a social media post! The BBQ grill and firepit area is where the action is for cooking and chilling with an added bonus of a lemon and avocado tree in the garden. A secluded courtyard at the center of the main house with a fireplace, comfy seating, and covered outdoor dining space is perfect for intimate soirées.

MAIN HOUSE:

The main house is a beautifully remodeled residence with lots of traditional touches. Our home hosts a modern rustic kitchen, formal dining area, living space, 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Guests will love hosting dinners either in the kitchen for a sit down dinner or using the BBQ for al fresco dining in the courtyard. The comfortable sitting area has ample seating for the whole family and no matter where you are in this open space you can easily watch TV and be part of the action.

In the main house are 5 bedrooms on a single plan that wraps around the courtyard and allows everyone a private space to retreat to. Bedroom configuration in the main house:

Bedroom 1: King bed + ensuite bathroom (sleeps 2)
Bedroom 2: Queen Bed + 2 Twin Beds + ensuite bathroom (sleeps 4)
Bedroom 3: Queen Bed (sleeps 2)
Bedroom 4: Twin-over-Full Bunk Bed + Twin Trundle Bed (sleeps 4)
Bedroom 5: Full Daybed + Twin Trundle Bed (sleeps 3)

All 3 bathrooms have gorgeous custom tile work and high-end finishes. Bedroom 1’s ensuite bathroom has dual shower heads, Bedroom 2's ensuite can also be accessed from the hallway through a beautiful barn door and the full bath shared by bedrooms 3, 4 & 5 has a custom walk in shower. There is also a huge laundry room and storage in the hallway with spare bedding.

APARTMENT:

Down the pathway between the pool and BBQ area the upstairs apartment offers a flexible layout that is ideal for accommodating different groups such as extended families or friends traveling together. Five can comfortably sleep in this remodeled apartment with the traditional touches we kept in the home. The apartment features a full kitchen, sitting area w/ TV, 2 bedrooms, and a full bath with a rainfall showerhead. Bedroom configuration in the guest house:
