Come discover our new 2 bedroom, 2 bath carriage house in one of California’s premiere coastal towns, named one of the "20 Best Surf Towns in the World" by National Geographic. This property was built using quality materials - stone, porcelain, cement tile and stylish furnishings throughout. The master bedroom has a king bed and includes an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and soaking tub. The second bedroom – with a full size bed and twin trundle – has a bathroom with direct access. A queen sofa sleeper in the living room provides additional sleeping if needed. Designer bedding and linens will add to your comfort. Both the master bedroom and kitchen open to a west facing deck - which overlooks your private yard complete with therapeutic hot tub - and has a "peek" ocean view. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances and everything you need for dining and cooking should you decide to eat in. While the detached carriage house is on the same property as the main house, guests have complete privacy during their stay. There is secured parking for 2 cars with plenty of additional parking on the street. Our carriage house is a quick walk to great restaurants in downtown Encinitas as well as Moonlight Beach. Beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella and boogie boards available for your use.

This is a resort community year-round so everything from the beach and hiking to Lego Land and the San Diego Zoo are all within 25 minutes. There are dozens of bars and restaurants within walking distance of the guesthouse. This community is great for singles, couples and families and this property is ideal for short term professional business relocation.

Bathroom 1: en-suite master bath has dual vessel sinks with a "wet area" which has an enclosed walk-in shower (ceiling mounted rain head as well as a separate hand shower) and soaking tub (with hand shower). Enclosed commode.

Bathroom 2: guest bath has two entries, one into hallway and one directly into 2nd bedroom. Step in hand shower.

Both bathrooms have high end, quality materials with an attention to detail. In addition, there is a outdoor hand shower for rinsing sand.
