Rental Rate Options (USD)

The quoted rate is for the months of June to October, inclusive. We require a 50% deposit on booking, with the remaining 50% due a week before check-in. This covers accomodation, parking, utilities, and the use of amenities on the property. The security deposit is refundable.

Welcome to our AZ Paradise! We’re ready to become your home away from home! They say location is everything…and we’ve got it! We're just minutes away from Sky Harbor Airport, the Tempe Business Park, and Arizona State University. Downtown Phoenix, and the Scottsdale business districts are just a short ride away. Access to transit is convenient, with bus stops right on East Van Buren street, near the front of the complex. For your down time, Papago Park is just across the street! We're close to the Mill Ave entertainment district, the Phoenix Zoo, the Desert Botanical Garden, two golf courses, and several shopping destinations, including the fashion malls of Scottsdale. Enjoy our spacious upgraded 3rd (top) floor 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo. It sleeps 6, with two bedrooms, and a pullout sofa bed in the living room. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser and night tables with 24-inch HD Smart TV, walk-in closet and the four-piece master ensuite offers a Roman soaker tub. The front bedroom offers two twin beds, night stands and full closet with an adjacent four-piece bathroom. Our fully equipped kitchen is appointed with granite counter tops, double sink, stainless steel fridge, stove and dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, glassware and place settings for 12. We have all the equipment you’ll need for cooking or baking. Enjoy a morning coffee on our covered outdoor patio. Relax in the comfortable living room with over stuffed pull-out sofa bed and loveseat while enjoying our wood-burning fireplace and 42-inch Smart TV with full HD cable package, and Netflix. We also provide free Wifi, and, if you must do laundry…no problem! We have an in-suite washer and dryer, along with an iron and ironing board.
We have a first-class concierge service available to you. You can hire them to stock the fridge prior to your arrival or to assist you with arrangements to take in the area’s activities.
Parking is covered, with spots for guest parking nearby.
Within our secure, gated community, you can enjoy the pool and hot tub, a sand volleyball court, and a terrific central barbecue area. There is also a well -equipped fitness facility.
