TERMS: Applicants will be asked to complete a background/credit check via online. Security required to lock dates/remove from booking calendars, to be returned after post-stay inspection of property complete.
POLICIES: No Smoking indoors of any kind. $500 penalty. Pool during heater season, must remove and replace pool cover EACH DAY. No parties larger than 20 persons, noise ordinance is 10PM.
Swimming is at own risk, children should be watched at all times.

Perfect for co-workers, families, or friends, there is ample space to enjoy the amenities by all in this furnished Mesa home. Breakfast is not included, but you can make your own delights in the fully equipped kitchen or order from a plethora of restaurants within walking distance. The space features a bar area with foosball fun, TVs in the living room, bar & on the patio of your backyard paradise where you are sure to spend a good deal of your free time. Out back you’ll find your own heated swimming pool, BBQ, hammock, misting system for relaxing or entertaining surrounded by white sands & palm-shaded islands.

Ideal location on the border of Mesa/Tempe/Chandler. You'll love the convenience to get to many places via major highways quickly and easily in the Valley of the Sun. This furnished home works well for commutes to Intel, Microchip, GoDaddy, SRP, & Honeywell. Under 15 minutes from 5 Spring Training facilities (GO Cubs, Angels, As, D-Backs, Rockies, Giants!), ASU, casinos, & several downtown nightlife areas (Old Town Scottsdale, Chandler, Gilbert, Tempe). Sky Harbor (PHX) is 15 & Mesa Gateway is less than 30. A great launch spot with easy access to the 101, 202, 60, and I-10. The East Valley - Mesa, Chandler, Tempe, Gilbert, Scottsdale, & Phoenix are at your doorstep. The University of Phoenix Stadium is 30 minutes via highway & Old Town Scottsdale is 15 minutes. The Phoenix Open @ TPC is 30 minutes or less!

BED/BATH
This home has 3 bedrooms & can accommodate up to 8 guests comfortably. There is a king bed, queen bed, bunk with a double/twin & a sofa bed. We also have an inflatable queen mattress available.
You'll find two clean & cheerful bathrooms with bright lighting, & large mirrors in both the master & shared bath. Both feature walk-in showers stocked with shampoo, conditioner, & body wash to keep you squeaky clean.

KITCHEN & LIVING/BAR AREA
The kitchen features stainless appliances (refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave) and necessities like a toaster, coffee maker, & blender. It’s stocked with utensils, cookware, and dinnerware. It overlooks the open bar area equipped with a small refrigerator, water dispenser, neon signs for effect, Roku TV to view your favorite APPS, and a foosball table for a round of friendly competition! The living room includes an L-shaped sofa with a sleeper bed, Smart TV, and a separate seating area for two for your group to enjoy. Whether you want to open up your laptop to plan adventures for the day, host a small gathering, or just want to chill, this living room provides a comfy open space to relax.

OUTBACK BEACH!
As soon as you look out the backdoor, you will be smiling at the unique island-themed pool surrounded by white sands. The beach is flanked by two tropical islands speckled with palm trees to complete the picturesque scene – take it all in while you nap in the hammock or swing chair. Tucked in the corner is a tiki bar, great for keeping some favorite beverages cold. If the heat is getting to you, be sure to turn on the misting system and create a tropical mist or dip your toes in the heated pool, complete with a variety of floats to swim away the day.

There is overnight parking available in the driveway for 2-3 cars and additional space on the street.

GUEST ACCESS:
You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home except the owner's closet and garage. Make yourself at home; your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home. Equipped with an alarm system, optional for your use.

OTHER DETAILS:
This home is in a residential area on a quiet street and being respectful to the neighbors is our most important rule. We ask that you respect the neighborhood as your own. Any issues or conflicts will be immediately addressed with guest stays.

We use a heat pump to keep the pool at a comfortable temperature during your stay at no extra cost. It is important that you return the pool cover each day to keep from losing large amounts of heat overnight, the pump cannot keep up with the overnight lows.
